Refund policy

The deadline for full refunds of textbooks is ONE week after classes begin, or the last day to change your schedule. Each refund must have a cash register receipt. Refunds can not exceed amount listed on cash register receipt.

The following guidelines apply for all refunds:

• You must have dropped the course, withdrew from school, or were unable to get into a class. Note: Refunds are not given because a student decides he or she doesn't want the book or has borrowed the book from someone else.

• Each refund request must have a cash register receipt and drop slip.

• Textbooks being refunded should be in the same condition as when purchased

         1. New books - Full refund if clean and unmarked.
         2. New books - 50% refund if marked or soiled.
         3. Used books - Full refund

NO REFUNDS AFTER FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES.
